These terms govern your use of this site, which is operated by Lipomelt Technologies LLC, doing business as Trifecta Light. By using the site or submitting the form on it, you agree to them.

Using this site

You may use this site to ask us about the Trifecta Light PRO 450. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with how it works, and not to submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else without their permission.

Text message program

Joining is optional and separate. The contact form carries an unchecked box you can tick to receive text messages from Trifecta Light about your enquiry, the PRO 450, scheduling, and related offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology. If you leave the box unchecked you can still submit the form and still get a reply, and we will not text you.

Consent is never a condition. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to submit the form, to buy anything from us, or to receive any service.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Trifecta Light does not charge for these messages; your carrier's standard rates apply.

To stop messages, reply STOP to any text from us. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after that.

Carriers. Messaging is supported on the major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Trifecta Light PRO 450 is FDA cleared under 510(k) K252786 for weight and fat reduction, healing, and general wellness. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
