Lipomelt Technologies LLC, doing business as Trifecta Light, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

It applies to this site and to the calls, emails and, where you have opted in, text messages that follow from a form submitted on it.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect what you enter:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Anything you write in the message field

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the page that referred you.

How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and respond to your request
  • To contact you by phone call and email about the Trifecta Light PRO 450, and by text only if you ticked the optional box
  • To schedule and conduct calls with a Trifecta specialist
  • To improve our website and our customer service
  • To meet legal, accounting and recordkeeping obligations

Text messages

Text messages are optional and separate from everything else on this site. The contact form carries an unchecked box you can tick to receive text messages from Trifecta Light at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Leaving it unchecked does not stop you submitting the form or getting a reply, and we will not text you.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of submitting the form, of any purchase, or of receiving any service from us. You can change your mind at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after that. For help, reply HELP, email [email protected], or call (800) 691-4085. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers. The companies that run our customer relationship management, email, telephony and hosting systems, strictly so they can provide those services to us.
  • Authorized Trifecta Light providers. If you ask to be connected with a provider near you, we share your contact details with them for that purpose.
  • Legal requirements. Where required by law or subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are excluded from all sharing for marketing or promotional purposes, including with affiliates.

Your privacy rights
